One of the two award programs offered to CAFE members is the Horticultural Award Program.  Its purpose is...

• To promote and encourage the keeping and propagation of Aquatic Plants
• To gather and disseminate information about Aquatic Plants, their cultivation, and propagation methods
• To insure the availability of a variety of Aquatic Plant species for Aquarium Hobbyists and Watergardeners
